Our Program

AINOW Society Program

Shaping the Future of AI in Society

Artificial intelligence is already changing how we learn, work, communicate, create, and make decisions.

At AINOW Society, we believe people should have the knowledge, confidence, and opportunity to understand these changes and take part in shaping them.

Our program connects education, research, responsible AI use, public dialogue, innovation, and cooperation. We work to make artificial intelligence more understandable, accessible, and useful while encouraging an honest discussion about its risks, limitations, and wider impact on society.

Our purpose is not to promote AI for the sake of technology. It is to help people and organizations use it thoughtfully, responsibly, and in ways that create real value for society.

Our Key Objectives

The main areas guiding the work and long-term development of AINOW Society.

01

Education and Training

We organize seminars, workshops, training sessions, and practical learning activities for students, educators, professionals, institutions, organizations, and the wider public. We also support educational institutions introducing AI literacy and artificial intelligence into their programs responsibly.

02

Research and Knowledge Development

We encourage research that helps society better understand artificial intelligence, its potential, and its consequences. Our work includes cooperation with universities, researchers, students, civil society organizations, and other partners.

03

Responsible and Ethical AI

Artificial intelligence should respect people, protect their rights, and remain transparent and accountable. AINOW Society raises awareness about bias, privacy, misinformation, security, discrimination, and the social impact of automated systems.

04

Young Talent and Innovation

We support students, researchers, developers, entrepreneurs, and emerging innovators through mentorship, practical projects, partnerships, hackathons, and community activities.

05

Public Awareness and Dialogue

We organize conferences, debates, campaigns, public discussions, and educational activities exploring how artificial intelligence is changing society and everyday life.

06

Local and International Cooperation

We work with educational institutions, civil society organizations, public institutions, companies, researchers, experts, media, and international partners, with a particular focus on North Macedonia and the Western Balkans.

07

Events and Publications

We plan to organize conferences, educational programs, research activities, public events, community initiatives, and regular publications, including reports documenting our work and future priorities.

08

Financial Sustainability

We develop our work through grants, partnerships, sponsorships, memberships, donations, educational services, and other funding models aligned with our mission.

Our Current Initiatives

The first platforms developed as part of the wider AINOW Society program.

This Is Only the Beginning

AI NOW Education and AI Balkans are the first initiatives developed as part of the broader AINOW Society program.

In the coming period, we plan to introduce additional educational activities, research projects, public events, partnerships, publications, tools, and regional programs.

We are building this work gradually, with a clear purpose: to help people understand artificial intelligence, use it responsibly, and have a meaningful voice in shaping its role in society.
